Reservation and Payment

Guesthouse Policies

3.1. Check-in and check-out times are as stated on our website and in the reservation confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3.2. Guests are required to provide valid identification and complete the necessary registration process upon check-in.
3.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Pigeons Nest Guesthouse. Designated smoking areas may be available in accordance with local regulations.
3.4. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the guesthouse property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.

Travel Services

4.1. Pigeons Nest Guesthouse operates as a travel agency and offers tour packages and travel services.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation Bookings

1.1. Refunds will not be issued for accommodation bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
1.2. A 50% refund can be issued for accommodation bookings cancelled more than 7 days from the scheduled arrival date.
1.3. In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.

Tour Bookings

2.1. Refunds will not be issued for tour bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled tour date.
2.2. A 50% refund can be issued for tour bookings cancelled more than 7 days from the scheduled tour date.
2.3. In the event of a no-show or early termination of the tour, no refunds will be provided.

Notes

  • The cancellation period is based on the scheduled arrival date for accommodation bookings and the scheduled tour date for tour bookings.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Any transaction fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Pigeons Nest Guesthouse reserves the right to modify or cancel the cancellation policy as deemed necessary.
