Cancellation Policy

Accommodation Bookings

1.1. Refunds will not be issued for accommodation bookings cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date.
1.2. A 50% refund can be issued for accommodation bookings cancelled more than 7 days from the scheduled arrival date.
1.3. In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.

Tour Bookings

2.1. Refunds will not be issued for tour bookings cancelled within 30 days of the scheduled tour date
2.2. A 50% refund can be issued for tour bookings cancelled more than 30 days from the scheduled tour date.
2.3. In the event of a no-show or early termination of the tour, no refunds will be provided.

Please note

The cancellation period is based on the scheduled arrival date for accommodation bookings and the scheduled tour date for tour bookings.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
Any transaction fees or charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

Pigeons Nest Guesthouse reserves the right to modify or cancel the cancellation policy as deemed necessary.
